- Standard Delivery:

Delivery up to 3 business days if the order is placed before 4 p.m. In case of absence, the package will be left at the nearest available pickup point. Due to the high volume of orders these days, delivery time may be longer than usual. Free shipping for orders of €49 or more; for smaller orders, the cost is €3.90 (VAT included).

- Sustainable Delivery:

Deliveries are carried out sustainably, through two operators that use environmentally friendly transportation methods, such as bicycles, electric vehicles, or on-foot delivery, which significantly contributes to reducing the carbon footprint.

- Scheduled Delivery:

Receive your order the same day at the time you prefer, from Monday to Saturday. The shipping cost is €6.50 (VAT included). Remember that to receive your order on the same day, you must place it before 6:30 p.m.
Shipping cost of €2.50 for orders of €49 or more and free shipping for orders over €89 (VAT included).

- Nespresso Pick Up Points:

Choose your nearest Pickup Point from an extensive network of more than 13,000 UPS and Seur locations with wide opening hours. Delivery within up to 3 business days.
Free shipping for orders of €39 or more; for smaller orders, the cost is €2.90 (VAT included).
Please note that due to the high volume of orders these days, delivery time may be longer than usual and some pickup points may be temporarily unavailable.

- Pick Up at a Nespresso Boutique:

Pick up your order within 2 hours at the Nespresso Boutique of your choice, Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Free shipping for this delivery method. Please remember that to collect your Nespresso order, you must show your ID as a Nespresso & You member or an authorization from the membership holder.
