You will receive an automated email from Nespresso with Posti tracking code. You can follow your delivery through Posti webpage.
You can also follow your delivery through Nespresso's webpages. When you are logged in to your account on our website, click on "My Orders" in the menu. Here you will find a list of your orders, with the latest order at the top.
Select the order you want more information about and at the bottom of the page, you will find "Track my package" where you can follow your order via Posti's website.
Please note that this functionality is not available for Budbee orders at the moment. If you have chosen Budbee as delivery option - you will receive a SMS from them as soon as they have received your order from. From the SMS-link you will be able to follow your delivery in real-time.
