The offer is valid between December 3, 2019 - January 19th, 2020 and applies only to machines purchased in Finland during the campaignperiod.
Have you purchased your machine from a retailer?
Register your machine latest on February 2nd, 2020 on our campaign site. Here you need to fill in the serial number of the coffee machine and upload a full picture of your purchase receipt.
After complete registration and an order of minimum 50 coffee capsules, your coffee will be sent to the nearest postal office to the postal address you specified.
* The discount for the coffee machine is deducted upon payment and the free capsules are automatically added to your shopping cart in the last step of your order online.
If you purchase your coffee machine through a retailer, your 50 free coffee capsules will be sent after completion of registration and ordering on the campaign site. To redeem free coffee capsules, an order of at least 50 capsules must be made at the time of purchase or registration of the machine. (offer not valid for Nespresso Business Solutions)
Do you receive an error message when you enter the serial number or your receipt is not accepted?
Be sure to distinguish numbers and letters in the serial number. The coffee machine serial number always has a combination of these. For example, a zero ("0") is very similar to an "O". If you receive an error message, review your combination and replace numbers with letters or vice versa. Also make sure to pay attention to lower - and uppercase letters.
Your receipt must clearly show the date of purchase of your coffee machine, the model you bought and the price you paid. If this is unclear, we cannot approve your receipt.
