You can subscribe to the Nespresso coffee subscription on our website, on the Nespresso mobile app or by calling 0800 55 52 53 (call and service free).
In both cases, bring your credit card. Indeed, bank withdrawals will always be made from the card communicated on the day of your subscription.Your machine will be delivered to the address of your choice within 2 to 5 working days.
Our in-store advisors can also help you sign up for the subscription. You will be asked to provide a bank account and credit card. Your machine will be returned to you immediately on site.
When you subscribe, you will be asked to pay the price of the machine as well as the first monthly payment of your subscription. It will be available on your customer account within 4 working days.
NB: if you wish to subscribe a second machine subscription on the same Nespresso account, you can request it by contacting our customer advisors reachable from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, at the number above.
