Depending on your capsule consumption, you can progress from one status to another and benefit from exclusive advantages:
- Connoisseur: You become a Connaisseur from your first order of capsules
- Expert: 500 to 1000 capsules purchased over 1 year. You then get -15% on your orders of accessories and delicacies as well as the premium service package
- Ambassador: From 1,000 capsules purchased over a period of one year. You can enjoy the benefits of the Experts and Connoisseurs status and receive 15% off the purchase of a new machine from the Original or Vertuo range, valid once a year, within 12 months of your last machine purchase.
