You receive your invoices by e-mail at the address linked to your Nespresso account, as soon as your order is shipped. This is also the case for your in-store purchases if you have provided us with your e-mail address.
You can view your invoices directly from your personal account by following these steps:
Are you an administration?
As an administration, you can find your invoices on Chorus. In case of problems with the platform or for new users, please contact us by Chat or by phone on 0800 55 52 53 (Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, free calls from a landline or mobile). For a Chorus account creation, the following documents will be requested, please remember to retrieve them:
- Intra-Community VAT number
- Siret n° ID
- Budget code number, service code number or entity number
- Purchase Order No.
