Change my bank details on the site

Update my credit card:
Log in to our site and click on "my order preferences". Delete your saved card at the bottom of the page. Register the new credit card by filling in the fields provided. Finally, click on "save my preferences". To change the credit card linked to your subscription, go to "my subscriptions" section.

Update my banque details (RIB):
To change the bank account linked to the direct debit payment method, click here.

Delete my PayPal account linked to my Nespresso account:
Log in to our site and click on "my order preferences". At the bottom of the page, in the section "choose your default payment method" click on Paypal and then on the email address of your Paypal account. Finally, click on "delete account".

NB: E-cards are not accepted on our site.
