Your machine must be registered in your Nespresso customer account before it can be taken over by our service. All Nespresso System machines (Nespresso brand or partner manufacturers) are supported.
The warranty periods for the machines of the Original and Vertuo ranges are as follows:
Magimix: 2 years (3 years for spare parts)
Nespresso, Krups, DeLonghi and KitchenAid: 2 years
The warranty does not apply to any problem related to a failure of use and/or maintenance. Our service is offered exclusively for machines sold in France (voltage 220/240V). Nespresso offers you a 6-month warranty on the repair carried out by us, from the date of receipt of your repaired machine.

If your machine is not repairable, it will be integrated into the appropriate recycling system.
If you use capsules other than Nespresso, your Nespresso System machine is a benefit from our service.
We remind you, however, that we are not able to pronounce on the compatibility of capsules other than Nespresso. We invite you to contact your capsule supplier.
