Tests will be conducted, so it is advisable to be near your machine during your conversation with one of our technicians. If a fault is confirmed following the diagnosis he establishes, you will be able to benefit from the Nespresso after-sales service offer.
The cost of the intervention is subject to your status within our loyalty program: Connoisseur or Expert. You can check this information, after logging in, in the "My Account" section and then "My Member Status."The prices for our after-sales service offer are available by clicking here.
Coverage is offered to our Ambassador customers, whether their faulty machine is under warranty or not. You still have access to the after-sales service offer even if you are no longer a member of the Nespresso Club.
