If you experience a problem or fault with your machine, please follow these steps before contacting us:
An exchange for an identical model (new or refurbished, depending on your Nespresso Club loyalty status) or repair service is only possible after one of our technicians has confirmed the fault, following the tests performed and the diagnosis made. This applies only to Nespresso machines or partner brand machines sold in France (220/240 volts) that are declared repairable by our workshops.
Repair service is complimentary for our Ambassador customers, whether their machine is under warranty or not. You always have access to the After-Sales Service offer even if you are no longer a Club Member.
