Free standard delivery is available for:
Pickup at a collection point within 2 to 4 working days for the purchase of accessories, a machine, or from 50 capsules, regardless of the range (Original, Vertuo, or Compostable Collection). Our partners are Colissimo and Mondial Relay
Home delivery within 2 to 4 working days via Colissimo Domicile for the purchase of a machine or from 100 Original, Vertuo, or Compostable Collection capsules (from 50 capsules for our Ambassador customers or customers subscribed to the recurring order service)
Free pickup in a Nespresso Boutique "Click & Collect" is also possible within 1 hour (depending on days and opening hours). You can check the list of the Boutiques that offer the Click & Collect service here.
For express delivery, you can select the Nespresso Your Time or Chronopost services and receive your package within 1 to 2 working days or by appointment, depending on your location. The participation in shipping costs and the delivery date will be indicated after you have chosen your preferred delivery method.
For optimal delivery conditions, the 10 digits of your mobile phone number must be entered (without spaces) at the delivery step on our website/application. Example: 0612345678 or 0712345678. If you have a standard mailbox, it can accommodate your package up to 250 Original or 90 Vertuo capsules.
