Evolution of our loyalty program

Starting from March 13, 2025, the discovery box offered to our Original range customers for their Nespresso anniversary (reserved exclusively for our Ambassador customers) will be replaced by a case of our Café Joyeux. 

Since April 1, 2025, as part of our new after-sales service offer, our Ambassador customers benefit from exclusive coverage for their faulty machines and can choose from several options. To learn more, please refer to the Machine Assistance section available on this page.
