Nespresso is a member of the eco-organization ECOSYSTEM. This makes it possible to finance collection systems, the recycling of end-of-life waste and the recovery of materials.
The law requires the eco-participation fee to be charged for any machine sold to consumers. The Ministry of Ecological Transition has decided to increase the amount of this fee. It applies to all new machines in the Original and Vertuo ranges, as well as to Aeroccinos and the Barista. Refurbished machines, however, are not affected.
Starting from January 1, 2025, the eco-participation fee will be €1.37 including tax for machines and €0.36 including tax for Aeroccinos and the Barista. This fee is automatically added to the price of the selected item and is displayed in your shopping cart.
