You can exercise your right of withdrawal for your machine subscription within the legal period of 14 days, starting from the receipt of the first order following your subscription to the subscription service (machine unused and in its original packaging).
What steps to follow to make an online return?
Log in to your account, then go to "My Account" and then "My Orders."
Click on the order associated with your subscription.
Below the shipping information, click on "Track Your Order."
In the new tab, click on the "Return Parcel" tab and fill out the form.
You will then be able to generate the return label (pre-paid). You just need to print it and attach it to your shipping box. You can follow the information provided on the downloaded page.
Note: For in-store purchases, you can return or exchange the product by going to any store with the receipt of your purchase.
