Manage the payment terms of my subscription

Update my credit card:

Once logged into your personal account, click on the "My subscriptions" section and then click on "Edit your credit card details." Then delete the old bank information and enter the new one. Finally, confirm the details entered by clicking on "Save".

If you subscribed to your Machine Subscription using PayPal as your payment method, updating your credit card is done directly on the PayPal platform.

Note: This function is not available in the Nespresso app.

Set up direct debit:

This feature is available starting from the second monthly payment. The first monthly payment is made by credit card. To make the desired updates, we invite you to contact our customer service advisors via chat or at 0800 55 52 53 (free calls from a landline or mobile).

Payment failure (credit card or direct debit):
In case of a failure of your monthly payment, we first invite you to check if the credit card information provided in your personal account (under "My subscriptions") is up to date. If it is, please contact our customer service advisors via chat or at 0800 55 52 53 (free calls from a landline or mobile). If you have provided your bank account details (RIB) for the direct debit of your monthly payments, please also contact our customer service advisors to verify the bank information used.
