You can modify the date of your next shipment or cancel it directly from your personal space.
Once logged in, click on the "My coffee subscriptions" section, then click on "Modify next shipment," and finally click on "Modify the date of the next shipment" on the next screen. You can also cancel the next shipment by clicking on "Modify next shipment" and then on "Cancel next shipment" on the next screen. The next shipment will then be postponed based on the frequency chosen when you created your subscription (every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months). Be sure to click on "Save changes" to confirm your new selections.
Example: If your next shipment is scheduled for October 1st with a frequency of every 2 months, by canceling your next shipment, your order will be shipped on December 1st instead.
