Ten years ago, Nespresso initiated the Alliance for Aluminium Capsule Recycling (ARCA). Today, several options allow you to recycle your aluminium capsules. You can drop them off:
- one of our stores;
- more than 1,300 waste sites;
- collection bins in large and medium size stores;
- your selective waste bin. To find out if your municipality is affected, click here and enter its postal code or name. It will then be visible on the yellow background of the map.
Did you know?! 94% of Nespresso customers have a recycling solution close to home for their aluminium capsules.
Your used paper capsules, on the other hand, are compostable at home or in a shared composting site. To find a list of composting sites near you, click here. The paper-based bag is to be placed in your sorting bin.
