Service for My Faulty Machine ( Exclusivité clients Ambassador )

Since April 1, 2025 and as part of our new after-sales service offer, we have exclusively offered our Ambassador customers the replacement of their broken machine – whether it is under warranty or not – with an identical new model guaranteed for 2 years (subject to availability). Or, if you wish, you can benefit from the repair of your broken machine with a 6-month warranty on repairs carried out or an exchange for an identical refurbished model guaranteed for 2 years (subject to availability).

Exchange for an identical model (new or refurbished) or pick-up for repair is possible only after confirmation of the breakdown by one of our technicians, following the tests carried out and the diagnosis established. Only Nespresso brand machines or partner manufacturers marketed in France (220/240 volts) and declared repairable by our workshops are concerned. The information of your machine (brand, model, color, serial number, date and place of purchase) must be recorded in the "My machines" section of your personal space.

Whatever your choice among these three options, you participate with us in the actions carried out for the transition to a circular economy with the repair, reconditioning and recycling of our machines.
