Your status as a Member or Ambassador is determined by your capsule consumption (Original and/or Vertuo) and your loyalty. It evolves with each order you place on our website, via the mobile app, by phone, or in Nespresso Boutiques, giving you access to exclusive benefits according to your status.
Member: less than 1000 capsules purchased over a period of one year, with your Nespresso birthday as the reference date.
Ambassador: from 1000 capsules purchased over a period of one year, with as reference date your Nespresso birthday or from at least 20 years of seniority in the Club without any year of coffee purchase inactivity.
