With So Colissimo 48h, your parcel is home delivered (by hand or in your mailbox) within two business days in mainland France and Corsica.
For any order of 200 capsules or more, shipping is free of charge.
For any order below 200 capsules, shipping amounts to €4.42.

Point Relais 48 heures with Mondial Relay and Relais Colis
You may also pick up your package within 48 hours in the closest ‘Point Relais’ (pick-up & go location) in mainland France and Corsica, of which there are 8,000 locations to choose from.
You will be notified by text message (SMS) as soon as your parcel has arrived. You will need to show a valid ID to pick it up.
Shipping amounts to €3 for any order below 200 capsules. Orders of 200 or more capsules come free of charge on line.

Relais So Colissimo 48 heures
You may also choose to have your order delivered within 48 hours in the ‘Espace Citissimo’ closest to you, in a post office or a retail shop.
- ‘Espace Citissimo’: these are automatic pick up locations open 24/7 (if in a mall, it will be accessible only during opening hours). You will be notified by email or text message that your parcel has arrived. You will be assigned a “withdrawal code” to pick up your parcel within 10 business days. If you don’t collect the parcel within that time, it will be sent back to Nespresso.
- Post office: you can also select the closest post office for pick up. You will be notified by email or text message that your parcel has arrived. The postman won’t come to your home and you must pick up your parcel at the post office within 10 business days. If you don’t collect the parcel within that time, it will be sent back to Nespresso.
- Retail shop: you can select the retail shop closest to your home, your office or holiday destination. You will be notified by email or text message that your parcel has arrived. You must pick up your parcel within 10 business days. If you don’t collect the parcel within that time, it will be sent back to Nespresso.
