What is the size of the recycling bag and how much does it weigh?

• Please select “Small Parcel” when arranging the service of your choice and the weight of below 2kg.
• If you fill your bags up to the maximum dotted line only, and then they will always be less than 2kg.
• The first screen where you are asked to confirm the size/weight is for Royal Mail to know that it can be collected via their normal routes.
• You will not be able to use the service if you do not confirm the recycling bag is under 20kg.
• If you have chosen “Medium Parcel” or “Tube” then Royal Mail may send a different vehicle due to the large size you have selected.  
• Your item will still get collected, but please choose “Small Parcel” for your next collection.
