How long does the warranty of my Nespresso machine last?

The warranty of your machine lasts for a period of two years from the date of purchase and the invoice (or a copy of the invoice) is needed, in order to cover any technical issues.

During this period, Nespresso will either repair or replace, at it's discretion, any defective product at no charge to the owner.

 This limited warranty does not apply to any defect resulting from negligence, accident, misuse, or other reason beyond Nespresso’s reasonable control, included but not limited to :normal wear and tear, failure to follow the product instructions, improper or inadequate maintenance, calcium deposits or descaling, connection to improper power supply, unauthorized product modification or repair, fire, lightning, flood, input of dust/fluid/insects or other external causes.
