I bought a new machine from another store. How can I redeem my voucher?

In order to redeem the voucher included with your Nespresso machine, please follow the steps below: 

1. Visit the following link: https://promos.nespresso.gr/en/
2. Fill in the machine details and upload the invoice 
3. Place your order
4. Fill in your personal details, your communication preferences  and complete your registration

Then, our team will review your registration and if all the registration details are in place, your parcel will be processed and delivered within 48 hours for Athens & Thessaloniki and within 72 hours for the rest of Greece (Days of delivery may vary for the rest of Greece, depending on the local courier partner. Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays are excluded).
