Why does my discount of HKD 500 on machines not working?

This benefit is only available to Expert and Ambassador members.

The discount will automatically apply to the first eligible order during membership year. If it does not work, you may have used it already during your current membership year. This discount is only valid for Gran Lattissima and Creatista Plus coffee machines.
