Expert/Prodigio pairing issue

  • Check the compatibility of your smartphone or tablet with your device: min. 8.1 iOS or 5.0 for Android and 4.0 for Bluetooth
  • Make sure that you have activated the Bluetooth® function
  • Always use the latest Nespresso App
  • Restore the factory settings to the coffee machine
  • Clear the coffee machine from the Nespresso App
  • Clear the coffee machine from the Bluetooth® menu
  • Make sure your smartphone or tablet is next to the coffee machine (max 20 cm)
  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure there are no microwave devices in the vicinity of the device
  • If you have the opportunity, try pairing another smart device with your coffee maker
