Expert/Prodigio pairing issue
- Check the compatibility of your smartphone or tablet with your device: min. 8.1 iOS or 5.0 for Android and 4.0 for Bluetooth
- Make sure that you have activated the Bluetooth® function
- Always use the latest Nespresso App
- Restore the factory settings to the coffee machine
- Clear the coffee machine from the Nespresso App
- Clear the coffee machine from the Bluetooth® menu
- Make sure your smartphone or tablet is next to the coffee machine (max 20 cm)
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure there are no microwave devices in the vicinity of the device
- If you have the opportunity, try pairing another smart device with your coffee maker
