I cannot enter or exit the descaling mode. (Essenza mini, Inissia, Pixie, Citiz)

To activate or deactivate the descaling mode: press and hold both buttons simultaneously for at least 5-6 seconds, until the buttons change to a slower flashing or until the buttons light up continuously.
