What options are available for collection?

We have several services available for delivery to your chosen collection point.

We recommend that you click on the 'Learn More' button to read the terms and conditions attached to the delivery option you have selected at the point of ordering to ensure that your parcel is delivered within the timeframe you are expecting.

Pick Up Point Delivery:


Delivery to your chosen Yodel point to collect at your convenience

UK mainland – delivery within 1-2 working days for orders placed by 6pm the previous working day

Northern Ireland – delivery within 2-3 working days

Scottish Highlands and Islands – delivery within 3-7 working days

This is priced at £3.95 or free when ordering 50 or more capsules, or a coffee machine.

You can also drop off your used capsules for recycling - find out more here

 

Please note: We are currently unable to process recycling collections added to a Pickup Point Delivery. Your recycling bags can be taken to a Pickup Point separately, simply select to print a label at home or select from the store to print it. 

 

Boutique Pick Up:

This is a free service that enables you to place your order for collection from your chosen Boutique. Orders will be ready to collect within Boutique opening hours, 2 hours from the order being made. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect, that you will need to present to a Coffee Specialist in the Boutique.

Please note that this service is only available for capsule orders (machines, Limited Edition blends or accessories are not available for Boutique collection) and not available in the smaller Boutiques within other shops. Orders will be held in store for 7 days for collection.
