How do I claim my promotional Coffee Subscription?

When you receive your 100 complimentary capsules, as part of our Winter Promotion 2019, you will also receive a promotional box for the Coffee Subscription offer. You will find a promotional code inside the box. 

This code entitles you to 2 months free Coffee Subscription credit, the 1st and the 6th months of the Subscription plan.

To register for the Coffee Subscription, please click here if you are in the UK, or here if you are in the Republic of Ireland. Click to activate your promotional code and the £25/€30 plan will be added to your basket. Please proceed to the checkout and pay a one-off £1/€1 fee. Your first complimentary credit will be added to your Nespresso account within 1-2 working days, and this will be automatically deducted from your next order.

Credits in months 2-5 are chargeable and payment will be taken from the card registered at the time of applying for the Coffee Subscription Plan. The 6th month will be free, as part of the promotion. Any further credits are then payable going forward. A Coffee Subscription Plan can be cancelled at any time, without penalty.

Your Coffee Subscription credits can be used online, over the telephone, or in a Boutique. Credits can be left on your account to build up. The credit will remain active on your Nespresso account for 2 years after the cancellation of your Coffee Subscription plan.
