The Right of withdrawal allows customers to change their mind after a purchase and request cancellation of their order within the legally applicable withdrawal period, provided the relevant conditions are met.
With regard to food products (such as coffee capsules, biscuits, chocolate or sugar) purchased from Nespresso Boutiques or via online or telephone channels, the right of withdrawal is not normally accepted. This restriction is provided for in the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which excludes the right of withdrawal for foodstuffs whose quality may be compromised by uncontrolled storage conditions.
