I purchased as a guest and do not have a Nespresso account. Can I still use the withdrawal form?

Yes. 

You can submit a withdrawal request using: 

  • Your order number 
  • The email address used when placing the order 

You do not need a Nespresso account to exercise your Right of withdrawal.
