What is the difference between a withdrawal and a return?

A withdrawal is your legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. 

A return is the process of sending a product back to Nespresso. 

Returns may occur for several reasons, including: 

  • Exercising the Right of withdrawal 
  • Receiving a damaged product 
  • Receiving an incorrect product 
  • Receiving a faulty product 

In short: 

Withdrawal = the customer's legal right to cancel the purchase. 

Return = the process to send products back to Nespresso.
