Complaints

The purpose of Nespresso is giving  excellent Customer service. However, if you are unhappy with the service you have received, this guide tells you how we will deal with your complaint :
- By calling our toll free number 800 39 20 29
- Writing to the following address:
Nespresso Club
Galleria San Babila 4/D
20122 Milano
- Sending an e-mail through our website www.nespresso.com, using the “Contact” page.

The Coffee Specialist will take the details of your complaint and will make every effort to investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible. If the Coffee Specialist is unable to resolve your complaint they will escalate the issue to their Manager.
If after the first contact was not found a solution, we will send your complaint to the relevant Department, who will examine it and provide you with an answer.

Regardless of the mode of contact with Nespresso you have chosen, please note that for more information or for resolution of your case we may contact you, if we require further information, by telephone or e-mail.
