Fist, check to see if the leak occurs only while the machine is brewing, or when it is turned off.
Make sure to regularly empty the capsule container.
Place the water tank on a dry surface for a a couple of hours to ascertain if the leak is coming directly from the tank and make sure the tank valve closes tightly once lifted a finger.
Make sure the water tank is correctly attached to the base of the machine. If not correctly positioned, water can escape from between the bottom of the water tank and the machine, seeming to cause a leak.
