The capsule broke inside my machine.What do I do?
Allow the machine to cool. Clean the interior following these simple steps:
- With the machine switched off, open the capsule compartment.
- Dampen a toothbrush and scrub the compartment on the rough surface that pierces the capsule’s silver membrane.
- Continue with circular movements until the toothbrush is clean.
- Close the capsule compartment, turn on the machine and dispense a small amount of water to eliminate any coffee residues.
- If necessary repeat the previous step until the water dispensed is almost clear.
