Your machine may need to be cleaned inside. To do this, we recommend the following steps:
With the machine switched off, open the capsule compartment.
Dampen a toothbrush and scrub the compartment on the rough surface that pierces the capsule’s silver membrane.
Continue with circular movements until the toothbrush is clean. Close the capsule compartment, turn on the machine and dispense a small amount of water to eliminate any coffee residues.
Close the capsule compartment, turn on the machine and dispense a small amount of water to eliminate any coffee residues.
If necessary repeat the previous step until the water dispensed is almost clear.
