Why does my machine dispense inside?

Your machine may need to be cleaned inside. To do this, we recommend the following steps:

  • With the machine switched off, open the capsule compartment.
  • Dampen a toothbrush and scrub the compartment on the rough surface that pierces the capsule’s silver membrane.  
  • Continue with circular movements until the toothbrush is clean. Close the capsule compartment, turn on the machine and dispense a small amount of water to eliminate any coffee residues.
  • Close the capsule compartment, turn on the machine and dispense a small amount of water to eliminate any coffee residues.
  • If necessary repeat the previous step until the water dispensed is almost clear.
