What happens if I cancel my plan before the 12 (or 24 month) period?

Should you decide that Subscription is not for you anymore, you can cancel it at any time by contacting our Coffee Specialists via Live Chat, via our toll free number 800 39 20 29 or by going in one of our boutiques  . If you cancel your Subscription within the first 14 days and return the machine which must be unused, there is no charge. If you cancel after this, the termination fee (80% of the total price of your machine), will be charged. If you choose to cancel after the initial 12 month term, there is no charge to do so, and you can keep your Nespresso machine.
