[Authorized Reseller Payback program] If I purchase an additional machine after using all 12 discounts with the authorized reseller payback program, can I get another discount?

Unfortunately, the authorized reseller payback program is only applied once per account. Accounts that have already purchased with the authorized reseller payback program are not eligible for the same benefits.
