[Capsule Collection via Post Office] Can I return my existing recycled bags to the post office?

The existing recycling bag does not include the postage receipt payment mark (recipient pays), making it difficult to return.
Please use the existing return method (BTQ visit, courier return, etc.) even though it is inconvenient.
