[Easy Order] What happens if an item in my Easy-order is out of stock?

If a product in your Easy Order is out of stock, you will be notified by email about the product that cannot be shipped.
If you change to another product on the Nespresso website or mobile app > My Account > 'My Easy Orders' page, it can be shipped normally on the designated date.

If you do not receive an Easy Order delivery notification email on the expected delivery date, you can log in and check the status of your order on the Nespresso website or mobile app > My Account > 'My Easy Orders' page, and if you need further assistance, you can contact the Nespresso Club for inquiries.
