On your regular delivery day, your courier will pick up the recycling bag as you ship your order.
If contactless 'recycling pick up service' is desired, please place the recycling bag at your doorstep (or at the location you choose to ship your product to).

● If you select '1' when requesting capsule recycling bag collection, it means that you have requested 1 recycling bag collection.
Therefore, please select the number of recycling bags you would like to pick up.
● We will pick up the recycling bag in the same way as the set product delivery cycle.
If there is a delivery date that you do not want to pick up the recycling bag, capsules before 5:00 p.m. one day before the regular delivery date (delivery date).
Please delete the recycling bag pick up request.
● When request for capsule recycling bag pick up, additional box packaging is not required.
However, make sure that the recycling bag is completely sealed so that the water inside the recycling bag does not leak out.
● Can hold capsules up to the fold line of the recycling bag. So that the capsules can be filled up to the folding line even during collection we ask for your cooperation.
