[Nespresso Plus program] Is it possible to return a coffee machine and withdraw from the Nespresso Plus Program? Can it be done even after receiving the coffee discount benefits?

For unopened products, you can request an exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of receipt due to a simple change of mind. However, if you have received a coffee billing discount during that period, please note that you will need to return the discounted amount.
1.Machine: Unusee condition(regardless of whether the main box is opened or not)
2.Coffee sleeves, food&bitex: Unopened condition of the main box
* Coffee cannot be returned at boutiques, but if the machine is unused, it can be returned.
* In the case of product defects, you can request an exchange or refund regardless of the above conditions.
