In Hong Kong, any order placed after 5:00pm will be processed and delivered the next day.

Order which are placed before 12pm can enjoy same-day delivery (choose 5-9pm time slot, subjected to availability).
In Macau, you may select the delivery date up to 4 to 6 days in advance; or choose Standard Delivery service, which will arrive within 3-5 days.
Should you have opted for HK- Express Delivery (Nespresso Your Time) / Macau – Express Delivery (Nespresso Your Day) service (within 24 hours), and should the parcel fail to be delivered as scheduled, please contact Nespresso service hotline at 8101 1007 (HK)/ 0800 846 (Macau) from 08:00am to 10:00pm, live chat or by email.
Signature is required upon delivery. Re-delivery will be arranged at a later date if the first delivery is not successful.
