PDF invoicing is a new feature on our website. The possible reasons you can't access the invoices older than date we launched this feature on our website could be because:
Prior to this date, you may contact Nespresso service hotline at 8101 1007 - Hong Kong / 0800 046 - Macau from 08:00am to 10:00pm or by live chat or email to request a duplicate of past invoices that we haven't launched this new feature.
You have not activated PDF invoicing in your account. You can do so by going to the "Contact Preferences" section of your web account, and activating the PDF invoicing option. Please take into account that this will enable you to receive future invoices in PDF format, and for past invoices you can call Nespresso at 8101 1007 - Hong Kong / 0800 046 - Macau from 08:00am to 10:00pm or by live chat or email.
