I have received damaged/defective products. What should I do?

Please contact Nespresso at 8101 1007 - Hong Kong / 0800 046 - Macau from 08:00am to 10:00pm or by live chat or email. Please have the relevant packaging on hand when you call us; the production codes on the packs allow us to trace the production batch. Please also provide us with as much information as possible about the nature of the damage/defect, as this will help us find an effective solution.
