The process for recovering your password for the website can only be done by using the Forgot your password? option, which will appear when you click on the "Login" option, located at the top right of the main page.
The password may not be changed or reset by any other means, either by telephone through the Nespresso Family Club, or in boutiques.
If for some reason you do not receive the password recovery email, we suggest you scan your junk email or SPAM tray; if it still does not work, we ask you to contact us via Chat at https://www.nespresso.com/mx o at 800 999 7575 and a coffee specialist can advise you.
