The Family Nespresso varieties are composed purely of 100% coffee, and sealed hermetically to avoid being exposed to air, moisture, or any contamination. Any reference to "malt", "milk", or notes of "cocoa" are components of the aromatic profile (naturally occurring within the grain) and do not indicate their physical presence in the capsule.
