I received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items. What should I do?

If you find that something is missing, damaged, expired or does not belong to your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email, online chat, or our toll-free phone line 800 999 75 75. so that we can process the necessary corrections. We only ask that you obtain the following photo evidence contained in PDF to be shared in the contact section:

 

•Photos of the outer box showing the label and waybill number.

•Photos of the inner box.

•Photos of all damaged products or varieties (in case you have received your order with damage).
