None of the subscription plans have any cancelation fee or penalty and can be made at any time. In order to cancel any subscription plan, the member can log into his account at Nespresso.com and cancel it in the My Account / My Subscriptions section. Alternatively, you can call our toll-free number 800 999 7575 and one of our Coffee Specialists will help you cancel the program. In addition, if any subscription plan is canceled and the subscription has a current Nespresso Family Credit, it is not redeemable for cash, transferable, or refundable for any monthly fees that have already been paid.
