Can I use my credit to purchase the promotions I receive?

Yes, your plan lasts as long as you continue to make your monthly payments. If you decide that your Nespresso Family Subscription plan is not for you, you can cancel at any time without penalty. Simply log into My Account / My Subscriptions at www.Nespresso.com or call 800 999 7575. However, you won't be entitled to a refund for any monthly fees you've already paid on the end date.
