What should I do if my order appears with status delivered and I have not received it?

We ask that before contacting us, please check the following:

 

•That the address where you expect to receive your order is the same as the one you placed at “delivery address” on your Nespresso order.

•If you have a surveillance/reception area and/or live with other people, ask if someone has received a package in your name. The proof of delivery indicates the name of the person receiving the order.

•Check if there is a delivery attempt notice in your email. Orders require a receipt signature for the carrier to deliver the package to the requested address. Otherwise, they will take you to the nearest courier office or back to the distribution center.

•If despite the points above, your package does not appear, please contact us so we can help you.
