How do I cancel my Nespresso Subscription Plan?

We're sorry to see you go — but if you'd like to cancel your subscription, here's how:
 
Coffee Subscription Plan
You may cancel your plan by contacting our Customer Relationship Centre at 1800 80 7001 (toll-free, 8am–10pm daily).
Our team will assist with the cancellation process and confirm any remaining Club Credit or applicable charges.
 
Machine Subscription Plan
Machine Subscription Plans come with a 12-month Minimum Subscription Term. Early cancellation may result in:
- A Cancellation Fee (refer to Terms & Conditions)
- Outstanding payments that must be settled
 
To cancel, please contact our Customer Relationship Centre at 1800 80 7001. Your subscription status will be reviewed before cancellation is confirmed.
 
⚠️ Note: Once cancelled, no new monthly credits will be issued. Any remaining Club Credit may be forfeited based on the Terms & Conditions.
